What you can expect from Find Out, and the terms of using it.
About Find Out
Find Out prepares company research reports for candidates using public and licensed third-party information. The legal seller name and country must be confirmed before these terms are published.
Your account
You need an account to generate reports. Keep your sign-in secure and use the service lawfully. Do not use people information to harass, discriminate against or impersonate anyone.
Purchases and delivery
The pack size and price are shown before payment. After payment is confirmed, report credits are added to your account. You can use them to request reports. Reports appear in your account when research finishes; generation is not instantaneous.
What a report can tell you
Sources may be incomplete, outdated or conflicting. A report is decision support, not a guarantee about an employer or advice to accept or reject an offer. Employment dates do not establish why someone left. Verify important information with the company before relying on it.
Payments and refunds
Checkout is handled through Dodo Payments. The final amount and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Refund and cancellation terms are described on the Refund and Cancellation Policy page.
Questions and corrections
Include the report and the specific statement when raising a correction. The monitored support address will appear on the Contact page once confirmed.
