Purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds. Your statutory rights still apply.
What this covers
Unused report credits, completed reports and changes of mind are not eligible for voluntary refunds.
Failed or missing reports
If a paid report fails or does not appear in your account, contact us with the payment reference and company domain so we can investigate.
Cancellation
Report packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no renewal to cancel. Not using your credits does not qualify for a voluntary refund.
Your rights
This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law or the payment provider’s applicable terms. It does not override card-network dispute rights.
How to request help
Provide your purchase email, payment reference, company domain and a brief explanation through the Contact page. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity documents.
